2011 City of Scranton Revised Act 47 Recovery Plan

The PA Economy League serves as the Act 47 Coordinator for the City of Scranton.  On Monday, November 21, 2011, a Revised Recovery Plan covering the 2012 through 2015 fiscal years was presented to City officials for consideration and adoption under Act 47.
