PEL’s Central PA Division Board of Director has establishes policies, objectives, and priorities for PEL’s research program in 40 counties in central and eastern Pennsylvania and aids in identifying and evaluating problems confronting government throughout this area. The Board also oversees the staffing, operation, and financing of the Central PA Division office.
