PEL’s Board of Directors has the overall responsibility for the conduct, management, and the direction of the business of PEL and defines PEL’s statewide research agenda.  It also provides oversight and direction to PEL’s State Office in Harrisburg which implements the statewide policies and objectives established by the Board.
